Mark Monaco

Mark Monaco has been helping Northeast Ohio residents achieve their real estate goals and needs since 2017, and was recognized as a top performing agent at Century 21 DePiero & Associates in 2018.

Mark grew up in Parma, OH and has extensive market knowledge and expertise in buying/selling transactions in the Cleveland suburbs. Mark was an original member of The Vittardi Real Estate Group.

He finds the value of working in a team environment not just beneficial to himself, but more importantly to his clients. The team environment has proven to be a value-add to all of Mark’s clients; when you work with Mark, you are also getting the benefit of working with eight additional Realtors.

Mark has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University, December 2008, Dean’s List Recognition. He has over ten years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budget Analysis, Internal Audit, and Sales from reputable companies such as The Sherwin-Williams Company, KeyBank, and NASA. The experiences, skills, and professionalism that Mark has obtained in his career have had a positive impact on his real estate career.

Mark was married to his beautiful wife Ashley in 2011, welcomed their first child in 2017 (Rocco), and are looking forward to welcoming their second child in 2019. He grew up playing Hockey, Football, and Golf. Mark is still an active Hockey player in Northeast Ohio and Golfs regularly.
